The IAAPA Sales Office is located on Level 1 in the middle of the trade show floor. There you will find sales information, sponsorship and advertising details, and materials for all upcoming IAAPA Expos. Submit your contract and choose your booth space for future events.
Also benefit from IAAPA Exhibitor Lounge located in the same area. Enjoy a complimentary coffee and a chat.
Opening hours for the IAAPA Sales office and IAAPA Exhibitor Lounge will be:
- 11/15/25 (Saturday): 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 11/16/25 (Sunday): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 11/17/25 (Monday): 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 11/18/25 (Tuesday): 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- 11/19/25 (Wednesday): 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 11/20/25 (Thursday): 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 11/21/25 (Friday): 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
