Information

For a third smash year in a row IAAPA proudly presents the Women in the Industry Networking Lunch, a space dedicated to supporting the advancement of women in our industry.  Our goal is to expand our networks, share inspirational messages from industry leaders, celebrate overall growth, and generate new ideas and calls to action.

This year we have an action-packed agenda including shots of inspiration from Luciana Parieles, IAAPA Chair of the Global Board of Directors and CEO of Neverland Parks, featuring a deep dive with Debbie McKinley, Chief People Officer, Herschend Family Entertainment, and a keynote address delivered by Fri Forjindam, Director, Creative, Universal Creative.

Messages include how to best leverage, promote and champion women in our industry.  Gain insights about innovative programs our industry leaders are designing and launching to support promoting women in executive leadership positions.  All genders are encouraged to attend this action driven, goal-oriented luncheon.  From entry level to CEO, join us and be part of the solution.

The program is fueled by host Heather Barnes, founder & CEO of Improv @ Work LLC and has been powered by the IAAPA Women in Leadership Task Force.
