Information
The Speaker Lounge is a dedicated space for presenters to prepare, connect with fellow speakers or panelists, and relax before their session. Enjoy light snacks, beverages, and a comfortable area to sit or get some work done.
Please plan to check in with IAAPA staff 60 minutes for rehearsal and briefing before your session. Bring USB stick for presentation file transfers.
As EduSessions are scheduled back-to-back, session rooms will typically be available 30 minutes before your session begins for a final slide check and setup.

- Friday, 12 Jun - 8:00-18:00
