The Speaker Lounge is an exclusive space for presenters at IAAPA Expo Europe to prepare, connect with fellow speakers and panellists, and relax and recharge throughout the event. Whether you're reviewing final notes, looking forward to decorating your badge with a speaker ribbon or pin or rehearsing a portion of your presentation, the lounge provides a comfortable environment to help you get ready for a successful presentation.
Conveniently located between Conference Rooms 1 and 2, the Speaker Lounge serves as a central hub for presenters. If your session is taking place in South Gallery Conference Room 5, the IAAPA Theatre sponsored by Angry Birds or the Innovation Stage, please allow sufficient time when moving between locations.
Please plan to check in with IAAPA staff 60 minutes prior to your session for rehearsal and briefing. As EDUSessions are scheduled back-to-back, session rooms will typically be available 30 minutes before your session begins for set-up.
