Transportation

• Badge Collection & Meeting Point: Please meet at the IAAPA registration counter located at the Lower Lobby of Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong at 09:00 for badge collection.
• Shuttle Departures: Shuttles will depart from the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel promptly at 09:30. For the return trip, shuttles will depart from Kai Tak Sports Park to return to HKCEC promptly at 11:30.
• Important Reminder: We highly encourage all ticket holders to arrive on time. Failure to arrive on time may result in the forfeiture of your transport seat, and attendees will need to arrange their own transit to the venue.
• For Self-Arranged Transportation: If you plan to take personal transit directly to the venue, please ensure you arrive at the Kai Tak Gallery (2/F, Kai Tak Stadium) at 10:00 to join our group.

Useful Tips

• Food & Beverage: As a warm welcome to the venue, a complimentary beverage coupon will be provided at the Kai Tak Gallery, which can be redeemed for a refreshing coffee or tea during your visit.
• Photography & Videography: To respect venue operations, please keep cameras and video recording paused within specific zones, per the guidance of the tour guide.
• Dress Code: The proper attire is business casual. June in Hong Kong can be warm and humid, so light clothing and comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended as there will be walking throughout the venue.
• Age Requirements: This EDUTour experience is designed exclusively for attendees aged 18 and above.
• Weather: As June weather in Hong Kong can be unpredictable, we highly recommend bringing rain gear for the outdoor portions of the tour.
