SapiensCore is the operating system for family entertainment centres. It replaces the patchwork of separate tills, card readers, booking tools and spreadsheets with one platform: cashless loyalty cards, unattended top-up kiosks, point of sale, activity reservations, game control hardware and real-time reporting, all sharing the same data.
Built by operators' own engineers rather than adapted from generic retail software, SapiensCore is live in 50+ venues across Spain and Portugal, handling millions of card transactions, with UK deployments underway. Every module is included: no per-feature licensing, no separate hardware contracts.
Come to stand S3837 to see the iM25 terminal, one compact device that handles payments, loyalty card, top-ups, tier upgrades and product selection.
