Cashless Venue

Both IAAPA and Excel London encourage cashless payments, but cash will be accepted including on-site registration. There is one ATM inside Excel London between N4 and N5 hall entrances and one on the lower ground car park level between S5 and N5 entrances.

Charging Stations

Free of charge Lifesaver Power charging units are located at entrances S1, S2, S6, S10 and N10.

Cloakrooms 

Venue cloakrooms are provided complimentary. The cloakrooms are located on level 0 (down the stairs in between hall entrances N4 and S4) and at the east end of the venue on level 0.

Please note items cannot be stored overnight, and cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices cannot be stored in a cloakroom at any time

Opening hours will be:

  • Tuesday, 22 September | 8 a.m. –6:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, 23 September | 8 a.m. –6:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, 24 September | 8 a.m. –4:30 p.m.

Family Room and Changing Facilities

Baby changing facilities are available on Level 0 in both the male and female toilets along the boulevard. Within the ICC area and ICC X (the east end of the venue), including the red blocks between S9/S10 and N10/N11 hall entrances, as well as the Prince Regent DLR east corridor and East Level 0, baby changing facilities are located within the accessible toilets.

The family room is located near S9 entrance. It includes two changing mats, seating for breastfeeding, a bottle warmer, and a microwave for heating baby food, as well as a sink for general washing up and toilet facilities.

All facilities are clearly signposted throughout the venue for ease of access.

Health and Safety

If you need help during a medical emergency, please speak to any member of the Excel London team. Alternatively, you can go directly to the First Aid point, located on Level 0 on the boulevard, down the stairs near the entrances to halls N4 and S4.

In case of emergency, dial +44 (0)207 069 4444. IAAPA has employed several security measures to provide a safe and secure environment. Please be reminded that no weapons of any kind are permitted at that expo or in the venue. Because your safety is our priority, here are a few tips to remember while attending IAAPA Expo Europe:

  • If you see something, say something. Call the security office if something doesn’t seem right.
  • Keep your belongings secure and close at all times.
  • When you leave the show, remove your name badge.
  • Make sure you provided your mobile phone number and an emergency contact name and while registering.
  • To ensure the safety of our participants, IAAPA worked with a third party agency to develop a risk assessment and emergency response plan for the exp0. The IAAPA team has held training exercises to ensure the team is prepared for any situation.
  • Personal safety and the security of personal effects is the responsibility of each registrant.
  • No scooters are permitted on the trade show floor.
  • NOTICE: Weapons of any kind prohibited.
  • Random bag checking may take place during an Expo. Failure to consent or submit to inspection may result in denial of entry.

Lost Property

With any lost and found queries, make your way to the health and safety office located in organiser’s office hall entry S7 on the lower ground. Please be aware that once notified that lost property has been found, guests have up to 30 days to collect their item(s) before they are donated to a local charity. Read more information.

Lost children should not be offered any type of food and beverage with the exception of water due to potential, unknown allergies.

Medical Assistance On-site 

If you need help during a medical emergency, please speak to any member of the Excel London team. Alternatively, you can go directly to the First Aid point, located on Level 0 on the boulevard, down the stairs near the entrances to halls N4 and S4.

Parking

View Excel London car park map here. It can only be accessed by arriving via Royal Albert Way (A1020). Please use postcode E16 1FR or a location system - what3words ///cheer.events.began. There is no access to the venue car park from Western Gateway or Seagull Lane.  Parking is currently charged at £27.50 per calendar day (00:00-23:59) if pre-booked here Official Parking - ExCel London or £30 per calendar day (00:00-23:59) for on the day payments, payable on exit. Pets 

We welcome all guidance and assistance dogs. No other dogs/pets permitted.

Prayer Room

The Multi - Faith Prayer room can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard.

Quiet room

The Quiet Room is located in S10 Lower organisers’ office and offers a calm space for attendees to recharge mentally and emotionally. Neurodiverse attendees or those sensitive to overstimulation are invited to use this quiet and calming environment.

Smoking Area

Excel London operates a no smoking policy throughout the venue. Smoking is permitted outside the venue. The use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices is also prohibited inside the venue and is permitted outdoors only.

Strollers and Trolleys 

Strollers are permitted on the show floor.

Please note that trolleys are not allowed on the show floor. If you need to store any items, please refer to the cloakroom information.

Wi-Fi 

There is free WiFi suitable for browsing, social media, and email. When you arrive at the venue, sign in to '_Excel VISITOR ONLY Free Wi-Fi' using the standard log in, or via LinkedIn and email. Excel’s free Wi-Fi is intended for light, everyday use such as browsing, email, messaging, accessing schedules, and basic business tools, with safety filtering in line with UK standards.

It must not be used for high-bandwidth or critical activities, including large updates, cloud backups, HD/4K streaming, large file transfers, payment processing, servers/VPNs/P2P sharing, or accessing harmful or illegal content.
