E-Service will showcase the latest evolution of the trusted Thomas change machine range at IAAPA Expo Europe, with the Thomas 3004e and Thomas 5000e combining proven engineering with the payment flexibility demanded by today’s amusement and leisure venues.
Designed for busy locations where reliable access to coins and tokens remains essential, the Thomas 3004e is a flexible, high-capacity solution accepting banknotes, coins and electronic payments, with coins or tokens dispensed. Available with two or three hoppers and offering capacity for up to approximately 17,000 £1-sized coins, it is ideally suited to amusement arcades, FECs, gaming venues and other high-footfall leisure environments. Flexible payout configurations and input coin recycling can also help reduce operator intervention.
Alongside it, the Thomas 5000e is a Thomas classic, remastered for today’s operator. Building on the robust and straightforward design that established the 5000 Series as an industry favourite, E-Service has brought the machine up to date with modern electronic payment and banknote validation technology.
Both models reflect E-Service’s approach to combining trusted Thomas engineering with the convenience modern customers expect.
Importantly, operators don’t necessarily need to replace an existing Thomas machine to benefit. E-Service also offers electronic payment retrofit kits for legacy Thomas 3000, 5000 and 1000 Series machines, providing a cost-effective way to modernise proven equipment and extend its working life.
