911 Cell Phone Bank

The 911 Cell Phone Bank (501c3) provides a 100% free service to all IAAPA members and their agencies across the country.

We securely recycle electronic devices that are unclaimed in lost-and-found. Devices are data erased (according to DOD NIST 800-88 Rev. 1 guidelines) and given to law enforcement and victim agencies to assist victims of human trafficking.

Since 2004, donated devices have assisted over 250,000 victims and have kept 800,000+ POUNDS of e-waste out of landfills.
