The Jones family now has a new company using the same freezing process; 40 Below takes classic food and beverage items and elevates them into unique, novelty snacks using cryogenic technology. Using our custom made equipment combined with a freezing methodology based on liquid nitrogen at -320°F, we are able to capture all of the fun and flavor in your favorite foods and beverages while maintaining the highest quality and freshness. Brands include frozen desserts, coffees, fruit mixed with whey that has not been dried or processed, high protein whey products, as well as, margarita, strawberry daiquiri, and piña colada mixers.
