Information

Building on the success of the inaugural Women in our Industry Luncheon held in 2024, we are calling all women, leaders, and allies to continue to expand our reach, celebrate our successes, and create new opportunities to network.

In this action-packed luncheon, we will feature key messages from members of the IAAPA Global Board of Directors, and explore new leadership strategies featuring keynote speaker Lauren Hodges, author of Less Stress More Calm.

About Lauren Hodges Keynote:

Showing up as our best is often not a capability issue, but a capacity issue. What does it really take for leaders who work in high demand environments to sustain high performance in high demand environments?

Leaders today operate in high demand, high pressure environments and are expected to do more (with less) year over year.

What can we learn from 40 years of human performance research, that the sport and military worlds have known for decades? Here’s a hint: our biology, physiology, and psychology have a direct impact and immediate impact on our ability to show up at our best more of the time at work and at home.

In this interactive session, leaders learn to leverage their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energy to sustain high performance, stay productive, and remain fully engaged in their organizational and personal missions, without sacrificing their health, happiness, or relationships in the process.
