Speakers will present current data on the range of AI tools available today—from AI-powered apps and virtual avatars to operational systems designed to optimize efficiency and engagement.

While the potential of AI is vast, its implementation also raises important considerations around data collection, privacy, and the protection of institutional knowledge and proprietary systems. This seminar will explore how to strike the right balance between innovation and responsibility.
