Most leaders use the SMART framework for business goals, which helps define a target but fails to provide a roadmap for reaching it. For a facility owner, a goal without a clear execution plan is just a wish. In this hands-on workshop, we move beyond "specific and measurable" to master the ACTION Goal Framework: a system designed to bridge the gap between ambitious vision and daily progress.

Working in small groups with your fellow owners, you will stress-test your highest-priority objectives for the coming year. You will learn how to identify hidden obstacles before they arise, schedule intentional time for progress, and build a 90-day plan that defeats procrastination. You won’t just learn a theory; you will collaborate with peers and walk away with a finalized execution strategy to create immediate momentum for your business.
