Information

As climate patterns shift and extreme heat becomes more common across Asia, theme parks are increasingly focused on how to support guest comfort and cast well-being during hot conditions.

In this session, leaders from three Disney parks across Asia share practical, on-the-ground experiences from their sites, highlighting how teams respond to elevated heat through guest-facing adjustments, environmental awareness, and frontline support. The discussion focuses on how parks identify heat-prone areas, coordinate responses across teams, and implement measures that help maintain a safe and comfortable experience for both guests and cast.

By sharing real examples from across the region, this session looks at how heat management as an ongoing operational consideration, and illustrates how small, practical actions can make a meaningful difference in the overall park experience.
