The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership is the most famous book from the renowned author John C. Maxwell. John’s lessons are extremely powerful for leaders in any business. But because of the unique nature of the amusement industry, it’s sometimes difficult for FEC leaders to implement these lessons. Danny Gruening and Russ Van Natta remix and re-imagine these laws in a way that makes them digestible and actionable for family entertainment centers. They share strategies to enhance the customer experience, create emotional connections, and serve your community with purpose.
