The Massivit 10000 additive manufacturing system is designed to overcome the bottlenecks of conventional tooling for composite manufacturing. Based on the company’s Cast In Motion (CIM) technology, it enables automated, high-speed, tooling for complex designs using industrial-grade, thermoset Sika materials. The Massivit 10000 directly prints isotropic, durable molds, masters, cores, jigs and fixtures. It reduces mold production time by 80% compared with traditional processes, cuts manufacturing costs by 75% and reduces manual labor by 90%. The Massivit 10000-G combines automated tooling with automated production of large-scale end parts and prototypes.
