Agenda
18:00 – 18:30 | Meet at the Expo Drive Entrance of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) for departure to Hong Kong Disneyland Resort
18:40 – 19:15 | Arrive at the Disney Coach Park and take a short walk to the main entrance
*Please pass through the security bag check, then follow our staff guidance to the IAAPA designated reception counter to scan your badge and collect your event credentials and park ticket before heading through the turnstiles.
19:00 – 21:00 | Welcome Reception at Royal Banquet Hall

20:30 – 22:00 | Exclusive World of Frozen Access: Private access and exclusive privileges for IAAPA attendees
*Note: While the park officially closes to the public at 20:00, IAAPA attendees with valid event credential can enjoy exclusive, private access to the World of Frozen until 22:00. Please note that all attraction queues and rides will close promptly at 22:00.
21:45 – 22:30 | Return Shuttle Service to HKCEC: Buses depart continuously from the Disney Coach Park. First bus: 21:45 | Last bus: 22:30.
22:30 | Conclusion of the event

Transportation
- Departure Point: Please gather at the Expo Drive Entrance (G/F), HKCEC.
- Reminders: Shuttles will depart promptly starting at 18:00, and the last bus will leave at 18:30.
- Group Return: Return buses will leave the Disney Coach Park starting at 21:45 to head back to HKCEC.
- PLEASE NOTE: Ticket holders are highly encouraged to arrive 5 minutes prior to departure. Failure to arrive on time may result in the forfeiture of your transport seat, and attendees will need to arrange their own transit to the resort.
Ticketing & Badge Scanning
- Tickets: Entry to this opening reception is tied directly to your Expo badge. Due to limited capacity, this event is officially sold out, and no on-site ticket sales will be available. Please be reminded that all special event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- For Self-Arranged Transportation: For attendees driving or taking personal transit directly to the park, please ensure you arrive at the IAAPA reception counter located right after the security bag check at Hong Kong Disneyland's main entrance between 18:15 – 19:15. Our onsite team will be there to scan your badge and issue your event credentials and park ticket for entry.
- At Disney Entrance: To ensure a smooth entry experience for everyone, please head directly to the IAAPA designated reception counter right after passing through the security bag check. Our onsite team will scan your badge to issue your event credentials and park admission ticket.
Useful Tips
- Food & Beverage: A delightful reception dinner, along with free-flow beverages, will be provided at the Royal Banquet Hall from 19:00 - 21:00. You will also receive a drink coupon at the IAAPA reception counter to redeem an exclusive Frozen-themed beverage during your private experience at the World of Frozen!
- Lockers & Storage: Self-service lockers are available inside the park at Main Street, U.S.A. For details, please refer to the Hong Kong Disneyland Luggage & Locker Guide.
- Parking Information: For attendees driving to the resort, paid self-parking spaces are available at the main car park of Hong Kong Disneyland Park. You may review the rates and directions via the Hong Kong Disneyland Parking Guide.
- Dress Code: The proper attire is business casual. June in Hong Kong can be warm and humid, so light clothing and comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended as there will be walking throughout the park.
- Age Requirements: This opening reception is designed exclusively for attendees aged 18 and above. Special event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Weather: As June weather in Hong Kong can be unpredictable, we highly recommend bringing rain gear for the outdoor portions of the event.
