Transportation

• Badge Scanning & Meeting Point: Please meet the IAAPA Team at HKCEC G/F Harbour Road Lobby at 08:30 for badge scanning and bus loading.
• Shuttle Departures: Shuttles will depart from HKCEC promptly at 08:45. For the return trip, shuttles will depart from Kiztopia Hopewell Mall to return to HKCEC at 10:45.
• Important Reminder: We highly encourage all ticket holders to arrive on time. Failure to arrive on time may result in the forfeiture of your transport seat, and attendees will need to arrange their own transit to the venue.
• For Self-Arranged Transportation: If you plan to take personal transit directly to the venue, please ensure you arrive at the Kiztopia Hopewell Mall Branch (Shop 401, 4/F, Hopewell Mall, 183 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai) entrance at 09:00 to join our group.

Useful Tips

• Food & Beverage: Coffee and tea will be provided at Kiztopia during your visit.
• Dress Code: The proper attire is business casual. As attendees will be required to remove their shoes to enter the Kiztopia zones, slip-on or easy-to-remove shoes are highly recommended for your convenience.
• Age Requirements: This EDUTour experience is designed exclusively for attendees aged 18 and above.

Tickets

Entry to this EDUTour is tied directly to your Expo badge. Subject to availability, tickets can be purchased at the IAAPA Expo Asia Registration Counter at HKCEC (5/F outside Hall 5BC) until 08:15 on 12 June. Please note that no ticket sales will be available on-site at Kiztopia. All special event tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
