Essential Preparation Checklist

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, we kindly invite you to review the following four key preparations at your earliest convenience. Please note that as these require independent arrangements, they are separate from the post-tour registration:

1. Train Ticket Booking (Hong Kong West Kowloon → Guangzhou South Railway Station): Kindly secure your own high-speed rail ticket departing on Saturday morning, 13 June. We strongly recommend choosing either G6080 (08:07 – 09:10) or G6582 (08:22 – 09:19) to align with our group coach departure. Our group will meet at Guangzhou South Railway Station at 09:30–09:45 (P8 Parking Gate), and the coach will depart promptly.

2. Book Your Accommodation: Please note that accommodation is NOT included in the tour registration fee. Kindly arrange your hotel bookings directly as soon as possible to secure availability and our special IAAPA rate.

  • 13 June – Qingyuan
  • Chimelong Giraffe Castle Hotel
  • Email: gsc.giraffe@chimelong.com

  • 14 June – Guangzhou
  • Chimelong Hotel Guangzhou

3. Visa & Entry Requirements: As this tour takes place in Mainland China, please carefully review your visa requirements.

  • Most international visitors require a valid China visa.
  • Eligible travelers may consider the 144-hour visa-free transit policy for Guangdong Province.
  • If you require a Visa Invitation Letter, please contact us immediately at AsiaPacific@iaapa.org.
  • We strongly recommend confirming your visa arrangements well in advance of travel.

Transportation

Please note that all group transportation throughout the tour, including transfers from Guangzhou South to Qingyuan, down to Guangzhou, and between the resorts, is provided by IAAPA. To ensure the program stays on track, our coaches will depart promptly according to the schedule. We would greatly appreciate it if you could arrive at the meeting points 10 minutes prior to departure. Failure to arrive on time may result in the forfeiture of your transport seat, and attendees will need to arrange their own alternative transit.
