Intellectual Property (IP) Support for Exhibitors
If you have IP concerns during the show, IAAPA offers on-site support through the IP Office, located on the show floor in the sales pavilion 3731.
Hours of Operation
- Mon. 17, 1-5 p.m.
- Tues. 18-20, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Fri. 21, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
IAAPA requires all exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers to confirm they own or have rights to the products they showcase, and to follow a binding arbitration process if disputes arise.
We recommend all exhibitors review IAAPA’s Intellectual Property Policy and Procedures to ensure compliance. More details are available on our website.
