The IAAPA Institute for Executive Development (IXD) is the global attractions industry’s premier professional development program for leaders in senior-level roles preparing for the next step on their career path or those who have recently transitioned into executive level roles. This program is applicable to leaders from all attraction types who are ready to strengthen their strategic and organisational leadership skills.
The IAAPA Institute for Executive Development (IXD) takes place in Riyadh, and includes the IAAPA Post Tour: Qiddiya City (Day 1 and Day 2) as part of the programme.
For Attractions and Entertainment industry Leaders
- Who have 7+ years of experience in the industry
- Who are senior leaders ready to take the next steps in their career
- Who are executives who recently transitioned into their role (three years or less)

9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. – IAAPA Post Tour: Qiddiya City: Enjoy a full day at Qiddiya City, featuring destination insights, EDUTours of Aquarabia Qiddiya City and Six Flags Qiddiya City, exclusive ride time, and networking throughout the day.
April 5
10:15 a.m.-8:00 p.m. – A full day focused on executive presence, leadership influence, team culture, and talent development, featuring facilitated sessions, interactive breakouts, networking activations, and a hosted dinner.
April 6
10:15 a.m.-8:45 p.m. – Strategic sessions centered on resilience, financial decision-making, and technological innovation, followed by an executive roundtable, closing reflections, and a networking reception.
Travel and Accommodation Information - IMPORTANT
Transportation and hotel accommodations from IAAPA Expo Middle East in Abu Dhabi, UAE to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia are not included.
